Kya Namaz me Awrat Awraton ku Imamat Kar Sakhte Hai…??

Is maslay main ulma-e-kiraam main ikhtilaaf hai magar humaray liye sahih baat yeh hai kii awrat awrtu ki imamat kar sakhte hai.

Daleel no.1: “Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Un (Umm Waraqa raziallahu anha) ki mulakaat k liye Un k ghar jate, Aap ne Un k liye azaan dene k liye ek mozin muqarar kiya tha aur Aap ne Unhay hukum diya tha kii Unhe (awratu ko) namaz padaye”.{Sunan Abu Dawud, Kitab-ul-Salat, Hadith no.592}

Tahqiq: Is hadith ko sahih ya hasan kahne walay muhadithseen yeh hai:
1.Ibn Khuzama.{Sahih Ibn Khuzama, Hadith no.1676}
2.Ibn Jarood.{Al-Miski, Hadith no.333}
3.Shaikh Albani.{Sahih Ibn Khuzama, Hadith no.1676}
4.Abu Tahir Zubair Ali Zai.{Al-Hadith no.15, Safa no.19}

Hadith Ka Sahih Matlab:
Is hadith par Imam Ibn khuzama ne yeh baab banda hai: “Awrat Ka Faraz Nimazu Mein Azratu Ko Jamat Karana”.{Sahih Ibn Khuzama, Jild no.3, Safa no.89, Hadith no.1676}

Yehi Imam Abu Bakr Al-Manzar Al-Nisaburi ne farmaya hai.{Al-Awsat Fi Al-Sunnah Wal Jamaat Wal Ikhthilaaf, Jild no.4, Safa no.226}
In do muhadithseen ki gawahi ki waja say is hadith ka sahih matlab maloom hua.

Daleel no.2:Imam Darqutni farmate hai: “Beshak Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Umm Waraqa (raziallahu anha) ko is ki ijazat deye the kii Un k liye azaan aur ikamat kahi jaye aur wo apne awratu ki imamat kare”.{Sunan Darqutni, Jild no.1, Safa no.279, Hadith no.1071, Sanad Hasan (Abu Tahir Zubair Ali Zai)}

Abu Ahmad Muhammad Bin Abdullah kutub-e-sitta ka rawe aur jamhoor muhadithseen k nazdeek siqa hai lihaza sahih-ul-hadith hai.
Imam Yahiya Ibn Ma’een ne kaha: siqa, Abu Zura ne kaha:Sodook, Abu Hatim Razi ne kaha:Hafiz-ul-hadith, aabid.{Al-Jarah Wa Tadeel, Jild no.7, Safa no.297}

Umar Shaiba:Sodook (Taqreeb-ul-Tahzeeb:4918) jabkii siqa hai-(Tahreer Taqreeb-ul-Tahzeeb, Jild no.3, Safa no.78).Hafiz Zahabi ne kaha: Siqa.{Al-Kashif, Jild no.2, Safa no.272}

Ahmad Bin Al-Abbas Al-Bagwi:Siqa hai.{Tareekh-e-Bagdad, Jild no.4, Safa no.329, Ta:2144}

Maloom hua yeh rewayat hasan li zaate hai aur Ibn Jowzi ki jarah is par mardoodh hai.

Daleel no.3: Raitul Hanfiya say rewayat hai kii: “Humein Ayesha (raziallahu anha) ne faraz nimaz padaye toh aap awratu k darmeyaan main khadee hovey”.{Sunan Darqutni, Jild no.1, Safa no.404, Hadith no.1429,Sanad Hasan(Abu Tahir Zubair Ali Zai)}
Is hadith ko Nimawee Hanfi ne sahih kaha hai.{Asaarul Sunan:514}

Daleel no.4:Imam Shaibe farmate hai kii: “Awrat awratu ko ramzan ki nimaz padaye (toh) wo un k saath saf main khaday hojaye”.{Musanaf Ibn Abi Shaiba, Jild no.2, Safa no.89, Hadith no.4955, Sanad Sahih (Abu Tahir Zubair Ali Zai)}

Daleel no.5:Ibn Juraj ne kaha: “Awrat jab awratu ki imamat karege toh wo aagay khadee nahi hoge jabkii un k barabar (safa mein hi) khadee ho kar faraz wa nafil padayge”.{Musanaf Abdul Razaq, Jild no.3, Safa no.140, Hadith no.5080, Sanad Sahih (Abu Tahir Zubair Ali Zai) }

Daleel no.6:Mamar Bin Rasheed ne kaha: “Awrat awratu ko ramzan main nimaz padaye aur un k saath saf main khadee ho”.{Musanaf Abdul Razaq, jild no.3, Safa no.140, Hadith no.5085, Sanad Sahih (Abu Tahir Zubair Ali Zai)}

Maloom hua kii is par salaf saliheen ka ijma hai kii awrat jab awratu ko nimaz padayege toh saf say aagay nahi jabkii saf mein hi un k saath barabar khadee ho kar nimaz padayege.

Note:Ek hadith mein b yeh nahi aaya hai kii awrat mardu ki imamat karege.

Tahqeeq ka khulasa:Awrat ka nimaz mein awratu ki imamat karna jaiyez hai magar wo mardu ki imam nahi ban sakhte.
