Hadees : Abu Dharr Radi-Allahu Anhu ne farmaya: “Humne Allah ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihe Wa-sallam ke saath Ramadhan ka Roza rakha, phir unhone humari Imaamat ki Qiyaam ul-Layl (Taraweeh ki Namaz) mein 23ki raat ko (jab 7 raat hi bache thein) raat ke ek tihayi(1/3) guzarne tak. Unhone 24ki raat ko yeh amal nahi kiya, phir 25ki raat ko unhone humari Imaamat ki raat ke adha(1/2) hissa guzarne tak. Humne guzarish kiya ki iss Nawafil ka ihtemam poori raat ki jaye. Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihe Wa-sallam ne farmaya, “Jo koi Imaam ke saath Qiyaam karta ho jab tak ki who khatm na karte ho, yeh aisa hi hai jaise ki usne poori raat Qiyaam ka ihtemam kiya.” Phir unhone 26ki raat ko humare saath Qiyaam nahi kiya, phir 27ki raat ko who apni Bibiyon, apne gharwalon aur awaam ke saath jama huyein aur unhone Qiyaam mein hum sabki Imaamat ki tab tak jab ki hume “”Sehri chhutne ka darr mehsoos huwa.””” [Ibn Maajah (no. 1327]

Agar QIYAM Ramzan k alawa rasool allah(s,a,w) tahajjud bhi padha karte the to Phir bataye ke APne S.a.w ne 27wi ramzan ko Tahajjud Q nahi PADHI …????? Halanki Nabi PAR Tahjjud padna farz thi.. Lekin nahi pade…. maloom hua k mah ramzan ME TAHAJJUD aur QYAM ramzan alag alag nahi hai balke ek hi namaz hai(sare se manqool hi nahi hai k AP(s) ne RAMZAN al mobarak ki kisi rat ko tahajjud aur QYAM ramzan ka alag alag Ahtamam kiya ho…????

وَعَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ الْقَارِيِّ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ مَعَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ لَيْلَةً فِي رَمَضَانَ، إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ، فَإِذَا النَّاسُ أَوْزَاعٌ مُتَفَرِّقُونَ يُصَلِّي الرَّجُلُ لِنَفْسِهِ، وَيُصَلِّي الرَّجُلُ فَيُصَلِّي بِصَلاَتِهِ الرَّهْطُ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ إِنِّي أَرَى لَوْ جَمَعْتُ هَؤُلاَءِ عَلَى قَارِئٍ وَاحِدٍ لَكَانَ أَمْثَلَ. ثُمَّ عَزَمَ فَجَمَعَهُمْ عَلَى أُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، ثُمَّ خَرَجْتُ مَعَهُ لَيْلَةً أُخْرَى، وَالنَّاسُ يُصَلُّونَ بِصَلاَةِ قَارِئِهِمْ، قَالَ عُمَرُ نِعْمَ الْبِدْعَةُ هَذِهِ، وَالَّتِي يَنَامُونَ عَنْهَا أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الَّتِي يَقُومُونَ. يُرِيدُ آخِرَ اللَّيْلِ، وَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَقُومُونَ أَوَّلَهُ

♦English Tarjuma : ‘Abdur Rahman bin ‘Abdul Qari said,
“I went out in the company of ‘Umar bin Al-Khattab one night in Ramadan to the mosque and found the people praying in different groups. A man praying alone or a man praying with a little group behind him. So, ‘Umar said, ‘In my opinion I would better collect these (people) under the leadership of one Qari (Reciter) (i.e. let them pray in congregation!)’. So, he made up his mind to congregate them behind Ubai bin Ka’b. Then on another night I went again in his company and the people were praying behind their reciter. On that, ‘Umar remarked, ‘What an excellent Bid’ah ( In Lugvi Sense ) this is;
but the prayer which they do not perform, but sleep at its time is better than the one they are offering.’ He meant the prayer in the last part of the night. (In those days) people used to pray in the early part of the night.”

To Umar r.a ne kyun kehte hain ke Tarweeh tahajjud ke wakt me padna Afzal hain karke. Isse pata chalta hain. Umar r.a ke Nazdeek Taraweeh aur Tahajjud aek hi namaz hain..

“Maulana Muhammad Anwar Shah Kashmiree kehte hy : “8 rak’ahs taraweeh is authentically proven from the Messenger of Allaah (sal-Allaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam) and the narration of 20 rak’ahs is narrated with a weak chain and there is agreement of its weakness.”He also said,“According to my preference taraweeh and tahajjud are one prayer, although there are differences in their attributes.” [Faidh al-Baaree (2/420)]
Aur BhI Moulana Anwar shah kashmirre kehte hy : “There is no way out or alternative in accepting that the taraweeh of the Messenger of Allaah (sal-Allaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam) was eight (8) rak’ahs (units), and it is not established by any narration he prayed taraweeh and tahajjud separately.” [Urf ash-Shadhee (1/166)]
Conclusion : Iste pata chalta hy Taraweeh tahajuud Qiyamul lyl aek hi Namaz hy agar alag hy to hanafi log se mere a sawal hy koyi 1 Marfoo hadees ya Nabi ka Amal pesh karo ke tahjjud aur tarweeh namaz alag hone ki….??????
