Question:
“May Allāh reward you with good and be good to you. He says: “If we grow the beard it will be difficult for us to find work in our country, so what is your advice?”
Shaykh Sulaymaan Ar-Ruhaylee, may Allāh preserve him:
“It is incorrect, it is not correct! Rather it is from the whisperings of the Shaytān. Why do I say not correct and I am certain about what I say? Because my Lord (Allāh), Glorified and Exalted is He, says:
{And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him (has taqwā of Allāh), He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine.} [Sūrah At-Taghābun 65:2-3]
Having taqwā of Allāh is a means for ways out from difficulties and not a cause for hardships, and a means for provision and not a cause for the tightening of the provision. However the Shaytān whispers to the human being. Yes true, perhaps with some jobs they may say: “No, we stipulate that you either shave the beard or go.” This is true, it is present. “Go and leave the job!” Be confident that you will find better than it, and that Allāh will facilitate for you from provision what you can’t imagine, because the promise of Allāh is true and His Speech is truth.

Yes.”
